Q235 galvanized cold-formed steel, in the gauge the project calls for.

Frames welded to each panel’s standard size.

Foamed concrete is injected into the panel mould.

Panels are cured in a curing room before dispatch.
Double protection against corrosion
Galvanized steel with an electrostatic powder coat on top. The factory specifies it for coastal sites, islands, tropical climates and acid-rain areas.
On site
Assembled without heavy machinery
Everything arrives finished from the factory: no cutting and no welding on site. Crews work in parallel from the factory installation drawings and videos.

FAQ
Do you sell the panel on its own?
Yes. The wall panel is quoted for your build from drawings, quantities and destination, with the factory specification.
What size is the panel?
The standard factory size is 600 × 2,800 mm. Steel thickness and other details are set for each project.
How does it reach the site?
In a container, with the factory's assembly drawings. On site it is installed without a tower crane or concrete mixer.
What permits does a build in Chile need?
Every build needs a building permit from the municipal works department (DOM) and a structural design under the Chilean seismic code NCh433. Each project starts with drawings and a specification for its site.
What technical documents do you provide?
The factory specification of the panel and the installation drawings. Ask for them at the meeting.
Do you publish prices?
No. Each project is quoted directly by the factory from drawings, quantities and destination.
